Tyler Leyva

Tyler Leyva is a student and filmmaker at MMC. He's had experience as PA intern on the Netflix series Ratu Ratu Queens with Rollin Studios, and on a Dior masterclass shoot with Spirinity Productions. So far, he's made 3 short films that show his progression as an artist. "Unmasked" was his very first work ever. Although it's amateurish, he demonstrates his style very early on.

In "The Duel", his style becomes further defined in this film. The neo noir and thriller tones are very apparent throughout the film. There's a unique look to this film since it was shot on an anamorphic lens. "Live Action" is a film where he took a new direction and decided to do a comedy about making a movie. There was a lot of laughs while filming. In his latest film, "After Dark", he once again takes a new path and does a comedy thriller. He always seeks to do something new or put a spin on elements from films he's already made. The best way to describe him as would be a "creative innovator".
