Hennessey Moriarty
Hennessey Moriarty spent her childhood moving through sixteen different homes in four states across the United States. She currently resides in New York City, where she is a senior studying Film and Media Production at Marymount Manhattan College. Hennessey has written and produced five short films, recently completing her horror/sci-fi thesis film, Anatomy of a Housewife. Her film Big Jump premiered at After Hours Cinema's "The Spectrum Screen Gala" in Biloxi, Mississippi. On her days off, Hennessey enjoys spending evenings with her Siamese cat, Gypsy, listening to her extensive collection of CDs and vinyl records, and often reading horror novels as well as biographies of her favorite directors. She dreams of one day owning her own production company where she can help young filmmakers like herself share their stories through their artistry.
